UV HARDCOATING & TEXTURING
A wide variety of surface appearances or textures may be realized for printed
and processed faceplates. Available in matte, high gloss and a selection of
textures, these finishes may be applied on vinyl, polycarbonate, polyester and
similar substrates of plastic materials. In addition, several finishes may be
applied to the same part for special effects, i.e., velvet finish for nameplate
and glossy clear lenses.

NOTE: The finishes to be expected from each coating are a function
of duration and intensity of exposure to UV light. Therefore, a much wider
variety of finishes is possible on special order. Both nitrogen and
non-nitrogen systems are available depending upon application.
